Evangelism and discipleship are essential components of the Great Commission, aimed at producing disciples of Christ and expanding the Kingdom of God through church planting. However, many congregations continue to face challenges in proclaiming the Gospel, implementing effective discipleship, and developing a sustainable missionary culture. This Community Service Program (PkM) was designed to equip members of the Indonesian Baptist Church (GBI) Jatisari Semarang through church-planting training based on a disciple multiplication approach. The study employed a qualitative method, utilizing documentation, participant observation, and training materials as sources of data. The program was conducted from November 2025 to April 2026 through five seminar sessions covering the Great Commission and church planting, effective discipleship, personal testimony training, evangelism empowered by supernatural ministry, and contextual pastoral counseling as a means of outreach. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of evangelism, discipleship, personal witnessing, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, and pastoral care relevant to contemporary community needs. Furthermore, the program fostered greater confidence in sharing the Gospel, increased involvement in discipleship activities, and strengthened participants’ commitment to actively fulfill the Great Commission. Therefore, church-planting training through disciple multiplication has proven effective in supporting church growth, cultivating a culture of discipleship, and promoting sustainable missionary ministry
