This study evaluates the effectiveness of the 2025 character and spirituality retreat for fifth-grade students at SD Kasih Baptist Pangkalpinang with the theme Defining Moments: Discovering Potential and Purpose. This retreat is designed as a transformative non-formal learning experience, aimed at strengthening self-awareness, character development, and understanding of students' life purposes through activities that are spiritually, reflectively, and experientially integrated. Thru qualitative analysis of 46 student response sheets, this research identifies the most impactful sessions, particularly worship, reflection moments, and team-based outdoor games, and highlights the roles of trusted mentors and speakers, including Pastor Oksje, Pastor Yohanes, and Mr. Adit, in facilitating meaningful engagement. The research findings indicate that the structured retreat program significantly contributes to the emotional and moral development of elementary school students, while also fostering deeper relationships among peers and enhancing personal insights. This study recommends that annual retreats be institutionalized as part of the holistic education framework in elementary schools.
