Abstract

Many churches are outreaching through communal facilities in Semarang. These can be seen from
the churches making small groups with various names but the patterns are the same as the pattern
of cell group. From the circumstances, researchers feel interested to examine how effective
the cell group leader's strategy in outreaching the souls based on Acts 2-4. To know the most
dominant dimension in the strategy implementation of the cell group leader in doing outreach. To know
the most influential background on the strategy implementation of the cell group leader in doing outreach.
The research results show implementation of soul outreach strategies among the leaders of the Immanuel
Community Semarang cell group are in the medium category. The most dominant dimension in implementing
soul outreach strategies is the dimension of preaching the gospel. The background of the respondents who most
determined the implementation of soul outreach strategies was the age group category.
